The Department of Chemistry at Lehigh University is now accepting applications for Ph.D. studies. Our program is designed to provide students with a broad background in chemistry while simultaneously offering opportunities to do cutting-edge, multidisciplinary research. Faculty research areas include the traditional areas of chemistry: analytical, biochemistry, computational, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry, as well as specializations including: surface chemistry, nanoparticles, biophysical chemistry, materials, inorganic clusters, organometallic chemistry, and reaction mechanisms.
Once accepted into our program, graduate students receive free tuition and a competitive stipend for living costs. A minimum score of 22 on the speaking section of the TOEFL is required for entrance.
